Clean Rooms & HVAC

MAXKLEAN  provides custom solutions for complete cleanrooms and HVAC systems—including temperature control, Relative Humidity control, wall and ceiling Panel systems, flushed doors and windows, laboratory hood and exhaust systems, complete internal finishes, filtration systems and turnkey installation capabilities.

Our products continually advance all standards of clean environments by controlling the full process of cleanroom HVAC development, from design concept to project completion. By responding to industry-specific requirements, our cleanrooms find applications in the microtechnology, semiconductor, biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries.

MAXKLEAN — SYSTEM INTEGRATION (DESIGN—ENGINEERING— COMMISSIONING)

Our distinctive specialization lies in the integration of different aspects from design to commissioning. With an emphasis on quality and GMP standards, we are committed to working together with our customers to deliver first-class tailored solutions for projects of all sizes and complexity.

Our in-house design facility for complete Clean rooms and HVAC helps us focus on minute and critical aspects, thereby reducing the hassles of multi-agency coordination. In an industry that is increasingly demanding precision, excellence and expertise, Maxklean pledges to take it as a professional responsibility to live up to the challenge and cater to varied needs while meeting international quality standards. Maxklean clean room solutions interface with modular wall and ceiling panels, flooring, and terminal housings with filters to provide a clean environment with effective control of airflow, pressure, temperature, humidity and filtration. Our modular systems can be customized to meet specific requirements and provide a cost—effective alternative to conventional construction enabling our customers to achieve their process and production goals.

Clean Room

A room in which the concentration of airborne particles is controlled, and which is constructed and used in a manner to minimize the introduction, generation and retention of particles inside the room and in which other relevant parameters, e.g. temperature, humidity and pressure and controlled as necessary.

Clean Rooms Are Typically Used In Manufacturing, Packaging And Research Facilities Associated With Following Industries

Applications

Semiconductor
Pharmaceutical
Aerospace
Paint Room
Microelectronics Facility
Advanced Material Research
Laser And Optic Industries
Aseptic Foods Production
High Infection Risk Areas Of Hospital

Air flow Pattern

Depending on the degree of cleanliness required, it is important for air systems to deliver considerably more air than would be needed just to meet temperature and humidity design particles of different sizes behave differently as air move through a room. Selection of the airflow pattern is “a major step in clean room design.” Because airflow is such an important aspect of particle control, the design of a clean room requires careful consideration of air motion and airflow patterns.

Clean Rooms Vs. Ordinary Ventilated Room

Clean room differs from an ordinary ventilated room in number of Ways

Terminal air filter Room pressurization and pass through grills positively pressured
High efficiency Particulate air (HEPA)> 99.997% efficient in removing particles greater than 0.3 micron
Increased Air supply ( office or shop- 2-10 air change per hour, Clean room 20-60 air changes per hour

HVAC Design Consideration

Air Flow Distribution And Control
Filtration And Air Recirculation
Ensuring Enough Conditioned Make Up Air To Maintain The Specified Positive Pressurization
Conditioning Air To Meet Clean Room Temperature, Humidity And Filtration Requirements
Introducing Air In A Manner To Prevent Stagnant Areas Where Particles Could Accumulate
Supply Airflow In Sufficient Volume And Cleanliness To Support The Cleanliness Rating Of The Room

Filtration

Deciding Filtration Level Is An Important Factor To Achieve Particular Clean Room Classification.

Air Re-Circulation

The filtered air entering a clean room can be 100% exhausted or a proportion re-circulated.

Other Important consideration:

Humidity control – Clean room service is intended for critical applications and therefore humidity control is critical and takes precedence over temperature control.
